You have really nice products, what do I need to do to become a “retailer” with your company? 

Becoming a “Valued Retailer” with us is a simple process.  We will need some basic information about your company.  If emailing us, please include your Business name, Phone number, address & state.  Website URL, and best time to contact you.

We really like your products, but I am not a retailer. I just want to buy them from your web site?

While we are excited that you like our products, we are a wholesale manufacture and distributor.  We do not sell our products to the general public on this website.  May we suggest you send us a EMAIL, with your City, Zip-code and phone number.  We will then provide you with retailers in your area that carry our product line.  Again, thank you for your interest in our fine line of Nautical products.                                                                                                                                   

 What is “Drop Shipping” and does “MKM Cedar Creations” drop ship?

 In its simplest explanation, “Drop Shipping” can help your Company save money in varies ways. 

1.     Yes we do “Drop ship”.  Our products have been shipped all over the United States, Canada, as well as the UK.

2.     Drop shipping means that once YOU get an order from YOUR customer, all you need to do is notify us, and we will pack the selected items, and ship them directly to YOUR customer for you.  No need to pack items, find the right size shipping box, print shipping labels or run to UPS, or the post office, we do it ALL.  You won’t need extra employee’s either to get the job done.  You can think of us as YOUR Company’s warehouse, staffed, waiting for your orders, and ready to get YOUR merchandise out the door to YOUR customer.

3.     Drop shipping means that YOU won’t have to tie up your inventory dollars into stocking merchandise, packing materials, Ect.  WE do all that for you.  Over 99% of the orders we receive go out the SAME DAY!               

That’s a FACT! We take a lot of pride in our company.  Our Seagull’s are all “HANDPAINTED” with 4 exclusive colors.  Now that’s saying something about the quality and care and pride we take in our products and in YOUR customers! We know that when we ship our product out we are “Representing you” so we do it right the FIRST TIME.

4.     Once your order is completed and shipped, a tracking number is received from UPS or another shipper.  We then send that information to you in the form of a Email-PDF file along with your invoice for payment, or as agreed upon when your account was initially set up. 

Do you do anything with my order to make it look “Special” for my customer? I don’t want to lose my Company identity with your products.

When we ship out our “3-tier Nautical piling” we will Pre-drill any holes required for YOUR customer if they are ALSO purchasing one of our “Series” ( Combo, Parent, Family ) When YOUR customer gets their product, it will be ready to be displayed in minutes indoors or outside in their garden or landscaping area. 

We also include a “Care Sheet” with YOUR Business name on the heading, and also with YOUR contact information included.  This “Care sheet” Thanks YOUR customer for there purchase from YOUR Company, and also includes information on the correct placement of the Seagull’s on the 3-tier Nautical piling.  We also include tips for preserving the original appearance of their 100% Cedar piling. Also included is information on how to drape the included Nautical netting over the piling, and proper care of the piling and Seagull’s
